I got a query from one of the Students regarding an Address issue in the Passport. The Question was “The Address printed in the Passport is the old Address and now I am living somewhere else. So should I go for a Fresh Passport?” So let’s Discuss this Question.
Firstly, There is no problem if you are having an Old Address in your Passport while giving your GRE and TOEFL. You normally have to carry an Additional Identity Proof to the Examination along with your Passport. So you can go ahead and Write your GRE and TOEFL exam without any problems even though your Old Address is printed in your passport.
Secondly, It is better if your Current Address is printed in your Passport. So after giving the GRE and TOEFL Examinations you can go ahead and make a correction of Address in your Passport before the Visa Interview. Check below how to change the Address in your Passport.
